Which attachment style is most common?

Secure attachment is the most common, at roughly half of adults. Avoidant accounts for roughly a quarter, anxious for roughly a fifth, and disorganized is the least common.

Most people are. You can be secure with friends and anxious with a romantic partner, and disorganized attachment by definition runs two opposing strategies at once.
