Chapter I— Arrival

About Haile

You know your patterns. You can name them, explain them, probably teach them. So why does your chest still tighten the second he goes quiet?

I'm Haile. I help women go from understanding their attachment to feeling safe inside it.

My Story

I, unfortunately, know this work from my own story.

Before I ever had words for it, my nervous system had already learned the lesson. My father's absence taught my body something long before my mind could catch up. That love leaves. That closeness is risky. That safety is something you have to keep earning and never actually get to keep.

For years I lived inside that lesson without knowing it was even there. I pushed away the people who were actually safe for me. I stayed too long with the ones who weren't. I abandoned myself in relationships before anyone else got the chance to. I dated men who were terrible for me, over and over, because that is how little I believed I was worth. I chased what felt like love but was really just familiar pain, because familiar pain felt safer than a peace I hadn't learned to trust yet.

Every time it fell apart, I turned it inward and called it my fault.

It was never that. It was a nervous system that had never once been shown what real safety feels like.

When I finally found the work that actually changes this, the kind that happens in the body, not just in your head, everything shifted. The anxious attachment that had quietly run my whole life started to loosen its grip. I found my worth not as something I repeated to myself in a mirror, but as something I actually felt, for the first time. I started choosing myself. And slowly, the people and the life around me started to reflect that back.

Lineage

A Living Lineage

I did not just study this work. I grew up inside it.

My grandparents founded Lifeshift Seminars and spent their lives building spaces where people could genuinely change, through family constellation work, breathwork, and somatic healing. From the time I could walk, I watched people grieve, integrate, and rise. I was shaped by it long before I had language for what I was witnessing, on a body level, systemically, transformationally!

I grew up around people changing their lives, and I still spent years unable to do it for myself. Knowing what healing looks like and feeling it in your own body turned out to be two different things.

What I carry now is not just a method. It is a living lineage, forty five years in the making, passed down and refined through real practice, lived experience, and expertise. From that lineage I created the Healing Hearts Method, the five stage path that shapes all of our work together. I made the decision to offer it to everyone ready to receive it.

Chapter IV— The Difference

The Difference

What makes this different

This is not affirmations, worksheets, or advice you already know and cannot seem to apply. This is body level work that goes underneath the pattern to where it actually lives. If you have done therapy, read the books, and still feel the pull toward the same unavailable kind of love, or still find yourself bracing when someone safe goes quiet, that is not a personal failure. It means the work has not yet reached the root. This is where it does.

Chapter V— What I Believe

What I believe

What I believe

  • You can get hooked on male validation. On the reassurance, on the feeling of being chosen. It works for a while, and then you need more of it. I’m here to help you find that feeling inside yourself, where no one can take it back.

  • Relationships are a mirror. Are you ready to look at your wounds?

  • We don’t heal by thinking our feelings into shape. You have to feel them to move through them. Healing happens in the body, not the head.

  • You are not too much. You are under supported.

  • A pattern is not a personality trait. It’s a protective response, and protective responses can change.

  • Secure love isn’t boring. Your nervous system just doesn’t recognize it yet.

  • The goal was never perfection. It’s regulation.

Chapter VI— Kind Words

Meet My Lovely Clients

I'm blown away. I have talked to counselors and therapists, and this is next level.

Honesty

Who this is for

This is for you if

  • You understand your attachment style, and it still takes over when he goes quiet.
  • You’ve done therapy or read the books, and you’re ready for work that happens in the body.
  • You’re in a relationship, even a good one, and spend more energy watching for the end than enjoying it.
  • You’re ready to invest in support that goes deep.

It isn’t the right fit if

  • You want quick tips.
  • You want someone to decode his texts.
  • You want a promise about how fast this will go.

I work with people who are genuinely committed to transformation. If that is you, I would love to talk.
